The Bowl: Our handcrafted, ivory-colored mask bowls are made exclusively for us by Lorna Newlin, a local potter in Sausalito, California, and are perfect for mixing and showcasing our colorful masks!
The Brush: Our 1 1/2″ fan brushes are specifically crafted for easy application of the Laurel Skin powdered masks. The brushes have a beautiful dark walnut handle made from reforested land, and vegan bristles.
The Pouch: Our limited edition travel pouch is made of an organic cotton / recycled poly blend, made in the USA.

THE RITUAL
We all need a little bit of everything from time to time and multi-masking is a wonderful way to address your individual needs as they change. This ultimate customization can take shape in several ways.
1. Rotation: Use a different mask from day to day or week to week depending on your symptoms.
2. Zone Targeting: Use a different mask on specific areas of the face that experience differing symptoms. Example: Use Detox Mask on the nose and forehead for breakouts and congestion, while using Brighten Mask on hyperpigmented cheeks and chest.
3. Double Masking: The use of two Masks back to back can be an ultimate beauty ritual. Example: Use the Honey Berry Mask first to exfoliate and brighten. After removing the first Mask, follow by a second Mask like Antioxidant Mask for a replenishing of nutrients and vibrancy.

A Ritual to Strengthen Joy + Intuition
The most important thing to remember is to play. While it can take a while to get used to our Masks, there is no “doing it wrong”. Use your intuition to guide you to the Mask that is calling to you. Following our usage instructions and the tips provided with this set will help you. Things like Mask steeping and keeping the Mask hydrated on your skin will improve efficacy and make them easier to use. I never travel without this little set. It is so helpful for my own intuitive skin care process to take these minis with me on the road.
