Laurel Skin would not be possible without our smart, creative, hardworking team. We work together on every detail, from hand processing each ingredient all the way to sending each order off with a personal handwritten note.

Just like Mother Nature is rich in her biodiversity, our culture is made all the better by each of our beautiful differences. We welcome all ages, ethnicities and genders here.

Laurel Skin is currently going through a growth phase; and while we have paused hiring throughout the 2025 holiday season, we plan to begin hiring again in 2026 with open roles in Marketing, Sales, Production and the Warehouse.
