THE RITUAL
These ritual products complement one another. We recommend applying Winter Elixir after your application of Honey Rose Spice Mask and finish with your preferred Serum and/or Balm.
HONEY ROSE SPICE MASK
Warm 1 teaspoon or less of Mask between fingertips, then glide and massage over damp skin. Leave for 10-30 minutes, remove with a warm, wet cloth. Follow with a generous application of Winter Elixir.
WINTER ELIXIR
Shake well before each use; mist directly and generously onto clean skin.
Store these products in a cool, dry and dark place. Use within 6 months of opening and by the recommended use-by date on the bottom of each product.
A Slow Winter Ritual
The time between Christmas and New Years may very well be my favorite time of year. It is a time for deep rest. It is at least a week when I commit to not work at all, not look at my phone and not give myself anything to do other than care for my body more deeply.
A Winter skin ritual is something to get lost in. Allow for your senses to get completely swept away in the moment, and take your time soaking up every texture, feeling and aroma. And definitely light candles – I love candles in the wintertime!
The products in my own extended winter skin ritual are Oil Cleanser, Honey Rose Spice Mask, Winter Elixir, Antioxidant Serum, and Night Balm – followed by California Body Oil.
The aromatics of the medicinals herbs and flowers in this ritual are perfectly suited for this season. As you bring this ritual into your winter season, I hope that you feel cozy, festive and that your heart softens, opens and feels ready for what’s to come.
