Our Elixirs function more like hydrating treatment serums that are delivered in mist form. They provide the essential hydration step in a moisturizing ritual to be paired with our Serums and/or Balms.
In place of water, each Elixir begins with artisan-distilled, single-farm hydrosols and then we layer in herbalist-prepared extracts of fresh, whole plants chosen specifically for each formula to create potent, water-soluble nutrition for the skin. The ingredient and phytochemistry lists of our Elixirs read more like a botanical inventory than a conventional skincare formula, reflecting the medicinal intelligence of the plants themselves.
Hydrating Elixir I is composed of 26 nutrient-dense plants, layered to restore hydration, resilience, and vitality through water-soluble phytonutrients. At the heart of this formula is HEIRLOOM ROSE, used in multiple forms to hydrate, strengthen the skin barrier, and provide antioxidant repair through the delivery of protective anthocyanins. MARSHMALLOW ROOT, rich in polysaccharides and B vitamins, acts as nature’s hyaluronic acid, drawing hydration into the deep layers of the skin, replenishing moisture at a structural level.
For long-term resilience and recovery from environmental stress, we include brightening and anti-inflammatory LICORICE ROOT, along with firming and strengthening HAWTHORNE BERRY. Carefully infused HIBISCUS CALYX, ROSEHIP FRUIT, and SCHISANDRA, capture whole plant vitamin C alongside its natural cofactors for greater efficacy. Artisanal, resinous, and aromatic FRANKINCENSE Hydrosol and SANDALWOOD Hydrosol are deeply restorative, supporting and protecting connective tissue.
